Warner Bros. Discovery Appoints Daniel Sanchez to Board of Directors
John Malone's Nephew Joins Board
Warner Bros. Discovery has appointed Daniel Sanchez, the nephew of media mogul John Malone, to its board of directors effective immediately.
Sanchez is a managing partner and co-founder of investment firm Spenser Hill Capital.
He previously served as an executive director and managing director at Providence Equity Partners.

"Daniel is a highly accomplished and respected executive with a deep understanding of the media and technology landscape," said Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav in a statement.
"His insights and experience will be invaluable as we continue to navigate the rapidly evolving global entertainment market."
About Daniel Sanchez
Sanchez received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Wesleyan University.
He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Sanchez is a member of the board of directors of several other prominent companies including the Philadelphia Eagles, The Madison Square Garden Company, and Joby Aviation.
